Angel Law proudly served as the grassroots citizen activists’ legal adviser on the ballot initiative lodged yesterday with the Redondo Beach city clerk. The King Harbor CARE (Coastal Access, Revitalization, and Enhancement) Act seeks to revitalize the city’s King Harbor-Pier area by improving and amplifying public coastal access and water-oriented recreation opportunities, while preventing harbor and ocean views from being obstructed by a currently proposed shopping and entertainment mall aimed at high-income visitors.
