Meredith A. Lobel-Angel

Meredith Lobel-Angel serves as the Managing Attorney of Angel Law.  She has worked for diverse entertainment and interactive media companies including Viacom, DreamWorks Interactive, Inscape (a Warner Music Group/HBO/Nash New Media game company), Graphix Zone, Riffage (a music Internet company backed by Bertelsmann Ventures and the Mayfield Fund) and Intuit (through Special Counsel, Inc.).  As in-house counsel, her titles have ranged from Director of Legal Affairs and Business Development to General Counsel. Mrs. Lobel-Angel currently serves as part-time General Counsel of Nival Interactive, Inc. and ZZIMA, Inc.(a social game network), and provides worldwide legal services to the Nival Group. She has also served as as Assistant Corporate Secretary of Entermedia Direct, Inc. (an in-game advertising placement start-up focused on the Russian market) and represents other companies active in the interactive game business.
